German Filmfest 2018: Power / Frauen: Women and Power
This year's German and Austrian Film Festival entitled "Power/Frauen: Women and Power" begins on September 17 with "Licht"or "Mademoiselle Paradis" (2017). Kathrin Resetarits, the screenwriter for the film, will give an introduction and offer a post screening Q & A.

The last film in the German-Austrian Film Series is Hannah Arendt by the award-winning Margarethe v. Trotta. This film portrays Arendt’s strengths at the time of the 1961 trial of ex-Nazi Eichmann and her report for The New Yorker.
