Find out more »Chinese Music Ensemble
The Chinese Music Ensemble presents a concert filled with the vitality and rich variety of Chinese music performed by Williams students and faculty. In Chasing the Moon the ensemble performs traditional pieces of the Chinese sizhu genre of chamber music played on such instruments as the erhu, pipa, liuqin and ruan. The student performers are directed by Artist-in-Residence Wang Guowei.
