Women in Economic Research Conference
Sat, April 20th, 2019
9:30 am - 6:30 pm
- This event has passed.
The Women in Economic Research conference seeks to encourage women and nonbinary undergraduate students to participate in economic research and to see themselves as economists. Attendees will share and learn about exciting research in a supportive environment intended to build networks and foster enthusiasm, and the day will also include a keynote address by Jennifer Doleac (alumna and now an economics professor at Texas A&M) and mentoring activities. We will solicit student presentation applications in February, due in early March. Williams students who are not presenting are also encouraged to attend, though registration is required (and we will solicit interest in March).
