Please consider joining the DC, WOC, and Images Cinema as they team up to present a free screening of An American Ascent. This documentary profiles the first group of African Americans to attempt to summit Denali and investigates not only the challenges of mountaineering but also the challenges of creating a more diverse and representative outdoor-rec world.
Following the film will be a talkback session.
