Wisdom School: A workshop/experience

Please join the WGSS ’60s Scholar, Nia O. Witherspoon, PhD (she/they), for “Wisdom School: A workshop experience.” Participants are invited into the Priestess of Twerk: A Black Femme Temple’s ritual studio-process where immersing in traditional healing philosophies and modalities is central to the creative process. Guided by Black + Brown feminist sacred texts and African wisdom traditions, Wisdom School deepens our ability to nourish our bodies and spirits utilizing multiple modalities including elemental rituals, tarot/oracle reading, bibliomancy, journaling/writing prompts, dream-work, meditation, and sacred embodiment from Twerk meditations to energetic cleansings.
