Hancock Shaker Village hosts Williams Chamber Choir in the historic Brick Dwelling. The Brick Dwelling—where the Shakers sang for more than 100 years—sets the stage for the all-student Williams Chamber Choir as they perform a program titled Looking/Seeing. The a cappella program features chamber works inspired by visual art, including new, student-composed works. The repertoire spans from medieval chant to music written in the last 50 years. Currently made up of eight women, Williams Chamber Choir is an advanced treble ensemble directed by Lindsay S. Pope, Visiting Director of Choral/Vocal Activities.
