Targeted Attacks against Real Life Networks and their Efficiency by Adi Malhotra ’25, Wednesday October 2, 1:00 – 1:50pm, North Science Building 113, Wachenheim, Mathematics Colloquium
Consider a malicious actor with the goal of disrupting a vast interconnected network. How do they choose which nodes to target? I investigate different strategies to determine which nodes are the most important to remove and in what order. In particular, I analyze their impact on the robustness of Amazon’s Co-Purchase Network.
