The financial performance of two of the largest U.S. financial institutions in the world – JPMorgan and Citigroup – diverged dramatically over the last 15 years. Why? Bob Lipp ’60 and Hans Morris will discuss the role of strategic leadership as a key factor in explaining the fates of these two leading financial firms. There will be ample opportunity for discussion.

Bob Lipp is a senior advisor at Stone Point Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to joining Stone Point, Bob had a long career in financial services, including senior positions at both JPMorgan and Citigroup. He is also a Williams Trustee, Emeritus, having chaired the Board of Trustees from 2002-2008.

Hans Morris is a Managing Partner at Nyca Parters, a venture capital firm focused on financial services. Hans also has a wealth of experience in financial services, including senior positions at Visa and Citigroup.
