Log Lunch is the weekly local food vegetarian lunch and speaker program hosted by the Center for Environmental Studies. All are invited! Online reservations are required at: ces.williams.edu or here.  Lunch is $3 and the program is at The Log, 78 Spring Street from 12-1.

DAVID A. LOVE, Provost and Class of 1969 Professor of Economics David Love, known as “Dukes,” has taught at Williams since 2003 and served as Provost since the fall of 2016. He has taught classes in macroeconomics at all levels, ranging from a principles course to an advanced-topics senior seminar. His published work has appeared in leading academic journals, including the Economic Journal, the European Economic Review, the Journal of Monetary Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Financial Economics, and the Journal of Public Economics. In addition, he served as an editor at the Journal of Pension Economics and Finance. He was formerly a Research Economist at the Federal Reserve Board, and he has taught as a visitor at Columbia University and Yale University. Love received a B.A. in economics from the University of Michigan in 1996 and his Ph.D. in economics from Yale University in 2003.
