AnneMarie K. McClain ’08, Visiting Assistant Professor of Education and Africana Studies, will present “Young Kids and Gender: What Do We Need to Know?” on Wed., Oct. 12, in the Faculty House Lounge. Lunch will be served from 12:15 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome. RSVP: sengel@williams.edu.
Prof. McClain’s research centers around identity socialization for children, anti-bias education, and how media can be used and designed to better promote positive outcomes for children and their families, especially for those who are marginalized.
