Daniel Lessner received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Music from the Juilliard School where he studied with Adele Marcus, herself a student of Josef Lhevinne and Artur Schnabel. Mr. Lessner has performed in South America and Europe as well as extensively throughout the United States. He was the winner of several international competitions, including Palm Beach, Maryland, Salt Lake City, Michigan and New York. Mr. Lessner joined the faculty at the University of Southern California last fall as a Professor of Piano. In addition to performing, he composes music for Film and Television, and resides in the Los Angeles area.
