Are you the next great performance photographer? The ’62 Center is hosting its annual dance photography master class on Tuesday, Jan 28. The class will be taught by professional dance photographer Rosalie O’Connor. Class open to students, faculty/staff, and the community. Space is limited.
This class is designed to introduce photographers to dance photography – low light, action photography. We will also do some portrait/headshot work. You will have the opportunity to shoot a number of dance ensembles from anywhere on the MainStage. This one-day class runs from 1 pm to 10 pm.
This class is NOT for beginners. I assume you have a DSLR camera and know how to use it. You should have lots of memory. You must also have a laptop with photo editing software such as Lightroom. In addition, you need to know how to transfer photos to your laptop and use the software. No flashes allowed.
