Michael Pollan In Conversation

For the past twenty years, Michael Pollan has been writing books and articles about the places where the human and natural worlds intersect: food, agriculture, gardens, drugs, and architecture. He is the author of many bestsellers, including In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto, The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals, The Botany of Desire: A Plant’s-Eye View of the World, and his most recent book, Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation. Henry Art, Rosenburg Professor of Environmental Studies and Biology, will interview Michael Pollan onstage with audience questions to follow. Admission is free but tickets are required.
