Muffy Davis is an author, podcaster, wellness coach, and the founder of Liberation Barbell — a queer feminist weight-lifting gym in Portland, Oregon. She will lead a weightlifting session for ALL bodies, especially for those who don’t usually feel comfortable in the gym. Davis says: “Flex your heart. Flex your muscles. Flex your head. Take up space.”
