This autumn tradition at Hopkins Forest it gives people the opportunity to engage in forestry and seasonal activities including — splitting shingles, using a cross cut saw, hammerschalgen, processing local apples into cider and butter, and visiting the treetops on the canopy walkway. We will have locally made refreshments, music and kids activities.
The event is free and open to the public. Parking can be tight so we encouraging carpooling or cycling to the event. Hopkins Forest is located at 271 Northwest Hill Road in Williamstown.
