Hear from the leading producer in recycled polyester & nylon

Global fiber production increased to a record 116 million tonnes in 2022, with polyester owning 54% of the market share. This is expected to increase to 147 million by 2030. We’re pleased to welcome Unifi to Williams College to educate our staff and student body on how they play a role in reducing the production of virgin fibers and its impact on the environment. Sustainability in relation to textiles is an important issue for all brands and suppliers today. A rep from Unifi will walk us through the scientific recycling process and their other leading sustainable initiatives. This is an interactive presentation, therefore discussions are encouraged.
