Here’s the delicious menu prepared by our chefs:

Appetizer: Cast Iron-Seared Diver Scallop, Lobster Essence, Sibe- rian Caviar, Baby Arugula
Intermezzo: Blackberry Pinot Noir Sorbet
Entree: Duo of Northeast Farm’s Filet of Beef & King Crabmeat served with Bearnaise Sauce

Vegetarian option: VEGAN PORTOBELLO TENDERLOIN BEARNAISE WITH CREAMY CAULIFLOWER MASH
Accompaniments: Broccolini, Wild Forest Mushrooms, Roasted Parsnip and Potato Mash
Dessert: Espresso & Capuccino Torte with Chocolate Ganache, dusted with Cinnamon
Two glasses of wine served with dinner: $45 members, $60 non- members

facultyclub@williams.edu. A minimum of 25 guests are required for this event to occur.
Please include the number in your party, names and a phone number or email, if they
are members or guests and if a vegetarian meal is requested. If you must cancel your
reservation please do so at least 48 hours in advance or
you will be billed for the full amount.
