  • This event has passed.
Fall Convocation is the traditional opening of the academic year, and includes remarks by President Mandel, the college chaplains, and an address by one of our Bicentennial Medalists.  It is also a celebration of the graduating class of students and their accomplishments, so the ceremony will  feature remarks and performances by members of the Class of 2022.
The ceremony will begin at 11 am in Chapin Hall and will last about one hour.  After the recessional, everyone is welcome to attend an all-campus picnic on Chapin Lawn.
Due to changing conditions with COVID-19 in Berkshire County, this year’s Convocation ceremony will be closed to the public. It will, however, be recorded and posted on Williams YouTube after the event.
