DBT Skills are a collection of techniques, cognitive and behavioral strategies, and mindfulness practices that are a part of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.  The Skills are broadly in the areas of mindfulness, tolerating distress, regulating emotions, and effective communication.  Most of us have something to learn or improve upon in these areas.  Come learn and practice with us.  The first two meetings are open so that interested individuals can get a sense of the group tasks and format.  All are welcome.  Tuesday, 9/25 – 6:30 PM in Hewitt House.
