Daniel Schydlowsky is a scholar with experience putting policy into practice as presidential counselor on economic affairs in Peru and head of the Development Bank. His papers on comparative advantage and macroeconomic modeling have shaped the fields of development economics and international trade. He has contributed immensely to the dialogue on international trade to better measure effective rates of protection and comparative advantage.
