An evening with Laura Sims at The Williams Bookstore - Please note new time

Please join us for a very special event at the Williams Bookstore.  Poet and novelist Laura Sims will read from her debut novel, Looker (Scribner), which was published to critical acclaim in early 2019 and recently released in paperback. The book follows the spiraling descent of a woman obsessed—with the end of her marriage, with her inability to have a child, with her infuriatingly bourgeois Brooklyn neighborhood, and with a young movie star neighbor and the trajectory of her success. A book signing will follow the reading which is free and open to the public.
